ICA Volunteers Nepal is proposed with the basic aim of empower the local communities of Nepal by offering adventures, cross culture  and volunteer services in the areas of community development, conservation, education. Not only these goals but ICA Volunteers Nepal has several aims and global challenges as ICAI dedicated on Ending Poverty, HIV and Aids, Sustainable Agriculture and Natural Resources, Youth Engagement, Women’s empowerment, Forest Conservation and Management, Sustainable Peaceful Communities. We would like to focus on community participation as well. The central office of the organization will situated in Kathmandu, while our community services working field is recently scattered in one of the 9 (Chitwan, Kathmandu,Kabhre,Bhaktapur,Lalitpur,Tanahun,Kaski  Makawanpur, Dhading) of the 75 districts of Nepal.ICA Volunteers  Nepal has aim to help community people (rural villagers) by constructing or renovating  schools, distributing free seedling for nature conservation, supporting different training of formal and informal education programs, health awareness, sanitation programs, drinking waters etc.

ICA Volunteers Nepal will be one of the Bio-Eco-tourism, expedition, adventures and community/humanity based organizations in terms of developing, co-operation between national and international communities. It has pioneered the concept of initiating local community development and conservation activities in collaboration with international and local youths. ICA Volunteer Nepal program offers unique opportunities for the youths from all over the world to experience a new republic of Nepal and real world of developing country in the beautiful areas of Nepal in a sustainable way.
